Set in the popular village of Peyia, just 5 minutes’ drive from Coral Bay with its wonderful beaches and coastline stretching along to the Akamas.  The communal facilities offered on this small and private complex ensure comfort and easy living.  The village of Peyia well known for its traditional taverns is just 400 m from the project. All facilities and services are within walking distance from the project. Peyia is a city in Cyprus with a population of about 10,000 inhabitants. Peyia is located mainly on the steep slopes of the coastal hills inside Coral Bay, at the southern end of the Akamas peninsula, and is located 14 km north of Paphos. Due to its location on the slope, many parts of the city offer views of Coral Bay and Paphos.
Peyia actually covers a large area stretching from Peyia’s forest on the hills overlooking the village in the north, to the sea in the south and from the Maa Bay in the east to the Akamas peninsula in the west. However, the name is used more often in relation to the city. It has a large number of British expats and a growing number of houses and apartments for recreation. In the center of the city you can find the town hall, church, police station and several small shops, restaurants and banks. Due to its location on the slope, many parts of the city offer views of Coral Bay and Paphos.
Peyia deals with a lot of cafes and restaurants along the main road of Coral Bay. On the next road, located to the east of the main strip, more places are being built for food, which indicates that there is no demand. They range from taverns, meze and traditional cafes, to themed restaurants. The next significant city is Katifas, which again has an impressive selection of eateries, as well as Stern-Winneri. Due to its location on the slope, many parts of the city offer views of Coral Bay and Paphos.
