On the ground floor: Large living room with wood burning fireplace, large dining room. Furniture in the dining room is made of natural wood (manufactured in Italy with the appropriate certificates).
Separate kitchen – dining room (new French windows). The veranda is finished with natural stone. There is a waterfall. Projector for home theater and screen. Laundry, guest toilet.
The floor and the staircase are from marble. Railings – brass, the condition is excellent.
All the doors in the house and the furniture facades are from the solid oak.
The house has 2 fireplaces – wood and electric, both are marble. Fireplaces in working condition.
Second floor: 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms), large bathroom.
Ground floor: Guest bedroom and living room with fireplace.
Billiard room, sauna (firm Tylo), a gym (covered parking was originally converted into a gym). Shower, toilet, pantry.
All air conditioners in the house of Daikin converter type, the service is conducted regularly.
There is a conclusion by the engineering and technical commission about the house and foundation compliance regarding seismic safety (built in compliance with all regulations).
On the roof, all the shingles were replaced and shuffled. New solar panels, a new water tank, pipes on the roof are replaced and cleaned (there is a photo report).
The boiler is in perfect working condition – the service is carried out 2 times a year (before the start of the heating season and after).
The electric flap is replaced with a new one. Fuel for heating is diesel. All batteries are in working condition.
Gates are metal with the mechanism of opening with the panel or manual.
The pool is filled with water from its well.
This is very important – there is a well with water – it’s low bills for water, free watering for the the garden and water refill for the pool! There is an additional water filtration system (the last service for replacing filters was in June). Security system (alarm system operates on battery).
There is a dedicated telephone line for a stable connection with a security panel.
